Nature:
(Dichloromethylene) tetraisopropyl diphosphate is a colorless liquid with a distinctive odor. It has a density of 1.415 g/cm ^ 3, a boiling point of 113-114°C and a molecular weight of 277.03g/mol. It is miscible with alcohols, ethers, ketones and some organic solvents, but insoluble in water.

Use:
(dichloromethylene) tetraisopropyl diphosphate has a wide range of uses in the chemical industry. It is often used as an adjuvant, lubricant and solvent for pesticides. In addition, it can also be used as an additive in coatings, dyes and plastics, as well as a catalyst in the production of polyamides and polyesters.

Preparation Method:
(Dichloromethylene) tetraisopropyl diphosphate can be obtained by reacting phosphorous acid with methylacetone and dichloromethane, respectively.
